I just wanted to take a minute to say a big thank you to everybody who came out to the Edmonton Fibre Folic and stopped by my booth yesterday! I had a ton of fun talking with everybody, and I was so excited that you were excited about local wools. The Bluefaced Leicester was the biggest hit, and I’ve sold out of a few fleeces, but fortunately, I held a a couple back which will be available on the website in short order.
Now that the Fibre Frolic is done for the year (I’m already scheming about next year!) I’ll be finally updating the website with all the wools I grabbed this spring from our farmers in Alberta. I have lots and lots and lots to share with you – from Bluefaced Leicester to Jacob to Border Leicester to Tunis (and tons more!). I also have just a few batts left over from the Fibre Frolic that I’ll be putting up on the website as well, with more coming over summer.
So, again, a huge thank you to everybody who came out, and I look forward to seeing you guys again next year!
